Hi all,

I've been reading your posts with great interest and learnt a great deal from

you, but this

will be my first time to post here.

I'm 28 years old female, living in Istanbul, Turkey, with no weight problem (110

lbs and

5.25 feet) and no specific health condition. Adopted a mediterranean diet since

childhood

I rarely have digestive problems. (My parents are from the Aegean cost of Turkey

where

people mostly eat fresh vegetables, fish and fruits.) I never liked chips,

cookies, soft

drinks, coffee and such, and never smoked. But I like pasta and occasional sweet

treats (a

little piece of chocolate or a slice of brownie).

Although a very active person, I have an office job which tucks me in the office

from 9 to 6

for now 3 years and I accumulated a small spare tire.. I began to feel tired and

less adroit.

6 months ago I heard about CO and read Bruce Fife's book, a real eye opener. I

began to

use some VCO when cooking or with my morning tea. Then I read " The Schwarzbein

Principle " a plausible book about basic endocrinology. Switching to a low carb

diet, I

immediately lost 6.6 lbs (in 2 weeks). Now I eat less than before but still some

more carbs

because I don't want to get that skinny at all.

After checking Duncan's website I'm convinced to add whey protein, inulin and

selenium to

my diet. I ordered and just received them. Long story short, my question is, as

an unlucky

office rat, how much of each of them should I use?

Many thanks for your help :)

Ege
