Guest guest
I would suspect it is not VCO which causes you problems with high blood pressure, but something else. What else is in your daily diet? Do you take prescription drugs? What supplements do you take? Do you exercise? Back in the summer of 2005, when I was eating about two ounces of VCO a day, my blood pressure was 116 / 73. Recently (after I started taking undenatured whey) my blood pressure measured 101/63. These days I take 1 - 1.5 ounces of VCO per day. Proline in whey may be helping my blood pressure, but that is just a guess. I am 63. I weigh 180 pounds.
