Guest guest
Rik, I'm glad I gave you a boost.. stop the valerian and st. johns... you must remember not all herbs work the same for everyone.. When I worked with my father for high blood pressure I went thru maybe a dozen herbs before finding something that really worked for him... so don't take any more of those two - and just remember there is no " quick fix " it takes time.. keep going Suzi > hi suzi, > thanks for the first line, that gave me such a boost! Your doing great and yes you are on the right track. I would suggest you juicing everyday and make sure you use beets, celery and carrots in your juice along with some raw potato juice. Dark green leafy veggies juiced up are outstanding for detoxing the body and giving the body the organic minerals it needs to repair and rebuild itself. juicing these veggies will help cleanse your liver and blood. If you can do wheat grass that will be even better. Your body needs lots of pure water, organic minerals and organic vitamins in order to operate properly. Lots of sunshine and fresh air too. Eat lots of fresh fruits and don't be afraid to juice them also. Apples are very good for helping to cleanse the blood and move stagnant lymph, along with exercise of course. Give yourself a brief rest from the cold turkey part and juice up and allow your body a chance to heal. The more raw living foods you eat the better your body will respond to healing. It sounds as though you are well on your way. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
