Guest guest
I am LP married to a BP in England and we've just had our kitchen refitted. Two things which I find have made a huge difference: 1. The taps (faucet?) are a mixer variety (hot and cold come out of the same spout) and the handle to control them sticks out to the side and is easy to manipulate. Difficult to describe but I can provide better details if you need them 2. I had an island unit built near to the oven - it is the right height for me to work on but is also useful in general for putting things on when they come out of the oven so it serves a dual purpose I was lucky to find a designer who listened to my needs and was able to come up with something that has suited both of us. I am sure he'd be very happy to come and help you guys but I think it would work out a bit expensive! Good luck Jo
