Hi All,

I am a 34 year old male from Malta in the Med. Stopped smoking 8

months ago, my weight was around 70kilos I gained 12 Kilos. I have

started dieting and am very interested in the CRD lifestyle. I have

been trying this diet out for the last month and lost 6 kilos. My

diet is based on fish, pasta and vegetables. Must say that this is a

typical diet for any meditteranean guy. I do eat chicken and rabbit

but hardly eat red meat and eggs. My weight gain was due to

chocolate and additional in between meals. My first question is, I

am an active blood donor, by the way in Malta we do it for free.

Will CRD and blood donating have a negative effect? Should I take

more vitamin supplements?
