Hi,

I am a new follower of CRON diet, and I feel phenomenal as a result

of the diet. However, I am also a weight lifter (not a professional

or anything, but I am very athletic). I am looking for information

on whether or not supplements such as creatine are contrary to the

principles of CRON. If anyone has any information, please feel free

to email me at nebulaxor@.... I am ultimately interested in

maintaining my physique (more or less) while still consuming only

1500 calories per day. I have gone from 160 to 150 in about 4

weeks, and my weight seems to have stablized at that number. I'm

5'8 " , so 150 is an okay weight for me. Look forward to any replies!
