Guest guest
No, I never massage it. It's funny the way my mind works, if something is bothering Brock I give it all my attention and massage it (as if he doesn't get enough massages the way it is) and it's my focus until it's better. When I read fluoride was bad I ran into the bathroom and checked his toothpaste. Nope! No fluoride! I'm realizing a few things....I don't really pay as much attention to MY health as I do my sons... I realized the other day as I was brushing my teeth MY toothpaste has fluoride in it and I'd never even thought to look...... I need to be more selfish. : ) Tomorrow I'm going to whip up a big batch of potassium broth and drink lots of organic juice/ knock out most, if not all food. Veggies may still be allowed. I'll also up my IC#1. I noticed there was a specific herb that aids in the muscle action that pushes downward.... maybe when I make my next batch of IC#1 (soon since I"m almost out) I'll up the amount of that!?! Anyone ever experimented like that before? Start bottom right using your fingers, work up and around to the left and finish at the bottom and take it slow. Also when you drink water do you drink a tall glass of room temp water ? I drink a big glass every morning first thing and it shifts my colon into function mode. I think putting a large volume/weight falls like a bomb into the gut prompting it to move.I think our colon is a creature of habit, it likes habit and likes to be on a cycle.Pam_________________________________________________________________Discover the best of the best at MSN Luxury Living. http://lexus.msn.com/
Guest guest
candice, if you are taking IC #1 that contains the following: 1 - part Curacao Aloe Leaf (Aloe Spicata) 1 - part Cape Aloe Leaf (Aloe Ferox) 1 - part Senna Leaf and Pod 1 - part Cascara Sagrada Aged Bark 1 - part Barberry Root Bark 1 - part Ginger Root 1 - part Garlic Bulb 1 - part African Bird Pepper or hottest Cayenne pepper you can find. (Habanero etc) Note that the first 5 ingredients are laxative (bowl cleaners.) They are powerful cathartics, and the next three quite stimulating. if these aren't moving you, you may need a lower GI to see if there is an organic blockage.... I start taking one "00" capsul daily as needed and if i take more than that the cayenne really effects me adversley, causing rectal bleeding. I haven't taken any for sometime as i am not having any problem with movements. is this what is in your IC#1 and if so how many "o" or "00"'s are you taking a day? love, granny lee .. Guest guest
Yep, that's my IC#1 and that's how I make it. The average number I take a day is 12. When taking IC#2 sometimes I have to take more than that if I want to go more than once a day. Insane, I know, but that's what it takes for me even when all I'm eating is vegetables.
