Of course, no water is absolutely pure and the closest you will come is with distilled water that has been steam or sun distilled and then run through a charcoal filter. Other ways of getting more pure water than what comes from your tap is to purchase or invest in various types of filters from inline for the whole house expensive models to small countertop or under the sink filters. Reverse osmosis, though quite pricey and inefficient is the next best to distilled as it removes almost all critters and dissolved solids. It will not remove flouride or chlorine though. Nor a lot of pesticides and herbicides. Sun distilled and charcoal filtered is the most healthy with steam distilled right behind it, the most economical comes right out of your tap and the easiest to work with....well that depends on what you are doing with it.
