This pair I can measure a few MOhm resistance. I have another pair by a different company where the resistance is too high to measure... haven't tried those yet. I saw LessEMF sells straps to go on your shoes... Yes, years ago I started wearing anti-static shoes from Red Wing shoes. No more shocks when I wear these... ES seemed a bit better too, but nothing dramatic.
