I am glad that you are here. I do look forward to the mutual sharing of wisdom and knowledge. As to Hulda 's book, first let me say that this is not a cure in any way shape or form. It is only a bandaid as is magnetic therapy or any form of zapping. Now I don't doubt that the critters are killed by zilling or zapping. However, the cause is never the bugs. Zapping and zilling will assist a person, along with proper lifestyle modifications, mental and spiritual outlook and dietary changes to improve their health tremendously. But it will never cure!!!! This is because germs, viruses and fungi are opportunisitc organisms. They do not cause dis-ease! A run down immune system causes dis-ease, negative thoughts cause dis-ease. The critters just jump on the bandwagon when the bodies immune system becomes low enough that it won't hinder their growth. All the havoc that they can wreak in ones body is only a symptom of the real cause. All dis-eases begin within, never without, contrary to popular opinion. Herbs, EO's, homeopathy, ayurveda, TCM, and all the rest will only assist in bringing ones body back into balance and zapper and magnetic coils are only a tool to help. They cannot and never should be used as a lifestyle. Diet, mental and spiritual outlook and lifestyle modifications are the only road to true health. Everything else is just a tool or bandaid. Does this, more or less, answer your query? This is my opinion and I am sticking to it, at least until I prove to myself that it is not relevant any longer. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Some lists I am on advocate raw everything including milk. These contradictions are extreme. Seems everybody has an opinion concerning diet and health care, and no one agrees. Making ones own mind up concerning these issues could be difficult. I suppose in the end we all make our own choice, hopefully we choose that which is best not just what is easiest, agrees with our addictions, or what is fashionable. Americans don't seem to have a " lifestyle " , do they? All this daily chaos, strange eating habbits, and how we suffer in so many ways. -

I don't believe she is any more of a crackpot than Dr. Christoper, Linus ing or any of the others. She is just not connecting all the dots and not seeing the larger picture. Yes, everyone has their opinion. You cook it you kill it. It is now devoid of living enzymes and anything organic. It is now dead and inorganic. This is my opinion and I am sticking to it because I don't believe that man's body was meant to eat cooked anything. We just don't have enough digestive enzymes for that. I believe we were all meant to eat raw food so that our bodies could utilize the living enzymes found in the food to aid in their digestion. But we all have our truths to learn and our own paths to walk. You are quite correct in that we all make our own choices concerning our diets and lifestyle. We also get to reap whatever reward awaits us fot our choice too. So I agree with you that hopefully we make the proper choice based on our own experience, knowledge, wisdom and the truth that we have found for ourselves and not just accepting the opinions and ideas of others. Americans do have a lifestyle. For the most part it is quite chaotic however. I guess this is the benefits of a free enterprise system and a controlled media. Keep 'em confused and in the dark. But then one needs to go behind the scenes to see who is perpetrating all this as the buck always stops somewhere. Peace be with you . -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
