yeah, mine too, but was trying to zero in on the bowl cleansers.. laxatives<G> also i think the wormwood and black walnut were introduced after the original Dr Schultze formula. ??? not sure, though.

incidently, i have several verios of the cleanse recipe. thik every erbalist has his own based on Dr Schults?? i'm not an herbalist, just interested in learning all i can. here is the one i actually use:

2 oz. Senna [a laxative]

2 oz. Aloe leaf [a laxative]

2 oz. Cascara [a laxative]

1 oz. Barberry root

1 oz. ginger

1 oz. Fennel

2 oz. African bird pepper [this is extremely hot; it is rated 135,000.]

1 oz. garlic
