Guest guest
Our 5 year old ( 6 on 2-5) has started gaining chub like crazy. she's 4' and about 90 pounds. mainly her stomach, her hair is getting thicker and harder to manage but doesn't really neem to be getting longer. When she was younger she was a Shirley temple twin. I have a call to her Dr., but really don't know what to do. she hates most bread, doesn't;t like sweets , we eat a low glycemic diet. Art ( my husband) has been dieting since he was 7. We don't want that life for our kids. I grew up a tooth pick, but then hit 18 and it was like a balloon inflated and wouldn't go away. ( gotta love German genes lol) yeah what that has to do with anything you'll have to ask my mom. LOL She does like coconut. loves dancing and singing. She has a really hard week of getting up at 7 for a 7:40 bus to get home by 4 and in bed by 8 ( if i am lucky). Her teacher says she only uses the bathroom once a day and doesn't ask for food, but at home she CONSTANTLY wants food and goes to the bathroom. Any suggestions? I gave a gazzel she loves, as well as the yoga booty ballet dvd's and life lift zoo breathing dvd. Help. desperate mom, and don't want to have her know it's a problem. she eats large portions at dinner, but we have started rationing her on that. WE limit TV time on rainy days. this house is too covered in toys to have the TV on. ( not just rainy days) Thanks for any help Shalom
