Guest guest
Does anyone have available calorie and nutrition information on various typical inputs to a juicing machine? (Such as spinach, celery, broccoli, etc.?) I just started using a juicer, but I don't know the calorie counts for the juices I'm making, and therefore, really don't want to use the juicer much until I know what I'm doing. 1800 kcal/day CRONie + 3 year lurker, Cole
