Guest guest
Restless legs= Magnesium and Calcium deficiency. (Bob's Barefoot Coral Calcium). Magnesium is HUGELY needed by the body, and the best way to get Magnesium into the body is " transdermally " - thru the skin, by taking baths in Magnesium chloiride oil, or Magnesium bath flakes. (www.thepowermall.com) *By the way, this method of supplyng the body with Magnesium bypases the liver, and GOES STRAIGHT TO THE CELLS- this is especially important for those who have messed up digestive systems- as it takes the stress off the liver of having to metabolize the Magnesium. Magnesium is also the number one HEART MINERAL. YouTube - Magnesium For Life.com - Mark Sircus, Ac, OMD Or just google Sircus and Magnesium. 3 min - Mar 2, 2010 - Uploaded by IMVAPublicationsAdded to queue Magnesium Eye Treatments - Mark Sircus, Ac., OMDby IMVAPublications4586 views · Thumbnail 5:35. Add to ...www.youtube.com/watch?v=_e2CQhvNtLY Calcium efflux is the leaching of calcium. Many know to take extra Calcium, however the body needs adequate stores of Magnesium in order to metabolize Calcium. Tumeric is a very strong anti oxygen....very high anti inflammatory,,, (See Mercola and Tumeric) Again, Peppermint Essential Oil, organic, very good for nausea, also a strong anti inflammatory. 10-15 drops of this oil, mixed with filtered water, and sprayed in mouth has been found to reduce nausea, used straight on the temples has been found to help with severe head aches. Baking Soda, Arm & Hammer, helps to alkalize the blood. This is very safe and very efficient (and very inexpensive) AGain, Sircus and Baking Soda treatments. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon in a glass of water...3 times a day. Radiation turns the body acidic, disease/unhealth can only thrive in an acidic body. The need to boost the body's PH closer to alkaline is vital. Cucumbers with crushed garlic are also very alkalizing. Drinking filtered water and avoiding pesticides, fluoride, processed foods are also important. Raw veggies such as: celery, peppers, cucumbers, zucchinni, slightly steamed onions are all very alkalizing. In an emergency, Lavender essential oil, again organic, put straight, a few drops on the heart is said to help with irregular heart beats...*Personal story. I have 2 friends who reacts to cell phones, and they get that heart arthimia symptoms- very scary for them- organic essential Lavender Oil , used straight, right on the heart- just a few drops gave them immed relief. This is not a substitute for adequate Magnesium though. Note: Magnesium and Calcium and all minerals are needed by the body. (Iodine is another important mineral). Understand that when the body has been deficient in vital minerals, it takes time to re build those supplies. Supporting the immune system means supporting the thryoid and adrenals. This is paramount to helping the body heal. (check the archives for my earlier posts on thyroid/adrenals) There are no magic pills, not for ES, or for anything other health problems. What we do have, are pieces of the puzzle that need to be addressed. *If possible, give the body time to recooperate from radiation exposures. This may very well mean not doing something that isn't an absolute necessity. Blessings of Many, Lizzie From: necessejamais@... Obviously avoidance of exposure is key, but I haven’t found a shielding material that works, & some exposures are unavoidable. Insights/suggestions anyone?: *I read that pineapples have a lot of manganese. Do EHSers need a lot more manganese than what’s found in foods in order to prevent calcium efflux & other TJ permeability-related stuff? * What could I take for the intense heart pain + head-exploding, tongue-swelling nausea (I get these simultaneously so am guessing they’re related). * What are some things one can take for the body-wide, muscle-wrenching, bone-deep radiating pain? * Is there anything I can take that might help w/ the temporary paralysis & temporary blindness? * Any supplements that can prevent exposure-induced seizures? * Restless legs? (Please don’t say masturbation. That only works for ppl able to have an “o”.) * Anything for the prevention of EMF-induced fevers (which for me are usu. accompanied by delirium & occasional hallucinations). Guest guest
Phyllanthus Fraternus is an herb that you might find useful. I took it for a long time. Be careful about taking it if you're taking any heart medication, though. http://www.drz.org/asp/store/DetailPage.asp?ProductID=783 Ideally, you'd find a naturopath to help you figure out what's going to work best for your body. Guest guest
Hi, Josh. Thanks for your response. I was actually wondering what naturopaths you'd seen in WA, so maybe I could call them & get a recommendation for one in New England. Could you private message me w/ this info at ( <necessejamais@...> )? I'm also interested in hearing about any other supplements or treatments your practitioners might have recommended, besides those you outlined in your original e-mail to the group. Thanks! -E. Guest guest
My girlfriend uses: Bromelain and Quercetin for inflammation. Check up calcium AEP used by Multiple sclerosis patients (and the combined with magnesium and potassium). Might help with stuff. Girlfriend has this. Vit D3. fish oils sea kelp sea buckthorn (used by Russian cosmonauts to protect against space radiation) B12 Ground as much as possible on wet earth away from any ground currents. Epsom salt baths every day, good for magnesium, which is hard to take up and for sulphur which is good for inflammation. Joints etc. She is doing energy work and Qi Gong which is really helping. Her es fevers have stopped which were really bad last year. Also be in room at night with no electricity on (including wires in walls) and shielded against radio/microwaves, to get good deep sleep at night so body can heal every night, melatonin levels at stable levels. She has moved to an isolated house with no electricity. She went into 6 shops in a small town last week. She just spent a year not being near a town, so this is great progress. Hope that may be of help. Check any posts out from evie. She has a good number of protocols, suggestions for supplements. Guest guest
Hi, Lizzie and Elysia, Restless legs can also mean lack of iron, but you should have your feritin storage (iron storage) level tested before taking more iron. I use epsom salts baths for magnesium. Is there a reason why epsom salts is not good for magnesium, Lizzie? I have used epsom salts with sea salts for years. I also put it on all of my veggies in my garden (epsom salts, NOT sea salts--that would kill them). Guest guest
Hi, Epson salts are supposed to be rich in Magnesium. But like all things these days.... It depends upon the source of Epson Salts. Here in the states, the cheap kind they sell at the local drug stores are generally not tested for contaminants. But I have read of people being able to find a good source of clean Epson Salts. Sorry I can't suggest any brands as I use Magnesium Chloride Oil and it is tested..and I have seen the various safety data sheet info's listing how much of aluminum, mercury, etc/etc are showing in the product. Just like sources of: Kelp, Dulse, Sea Algae, Chlorella, and Magnesium Oil and others...all these come from waters. If the waters are polluted, contaminated...then this would be adding to the body's toxic load burden. Yes, I feed my garden Magnesium water also. lizzie From: evie15422@...
