Pollen count is up & I can't hardly tolerate it. My head is exploding with pain

is my main complaint. I guess it's worse due to the bbb damage.

 

Throat is swollen too but is more tolerable than the migraine.

If you can find a place that sells local raw honey that can desensitize you.

Also, stinging nettles in a capsule form can help allergies.
