Guest guest
> i would liek to know the difference between bentonite and zeolite? Superficially, bentonite and zeolite are similar in that they are both minerals which attract toxins and drag them out of your system via the large intestines. Activated charcoal is also similar in this respect. (some of the zeolite products on the market today have been broken down to a tiny particle size, under the assumption that they will then enter the bloodstream and bind to toxins there.) However, sensitive folks like us tend to find that things which are supposedly similar can cause drastically different side effects. Personally, I get all sorts of adverse effects from zeolite that I don't get with bentonite (mostly muscle aches and dehydration). I actually prefer activated charcoal the best, as for me it causes the most " feel good " results and the least " feel bad " side effects.
