5 gallons is the least expensive. The top is not easy to open and

requires both strength and skill. Once opened, I transferred the oil

to gallon containers and had a quart jar which I dispensed from daily.

A five gallon shipment lasted me several years with no discernable

loss in quality.

No, I use plastic. If I had gallon wide mouth jars I might use them,

but plastic works fine for me.
