Guest guest
This is my version, as you can see the last three ingredients differ. Pam One part by volume of each of the following: Curacao Aloe Leaf (Aloe Spicata) Cape Alow Leaf (Aloe Ferox) Senna Leaf and Pod Cascara Sagrada Aged Bark Barberry Root Bark Ginger Root Garlic Bulb Habanero Pepper Wormwood Black Walnut Hulls All of the above should be finely powdered, thoroughly mixed and encapsulated. (Sometimes the Aloe Spicata or Ferox are hard to come by and each of these can be substituted with 1 part Buckthorn Bark or 2 parts Turkey Rhubarb) ---------------------------------------------------------------- > candice, if you are taking IC #1 that contains the following: > 1 - part Curacao Aloe Leaf (Aloe Spicata) > > 1 - part Cape Aloe Leaf (Aloe Ferox) > > 1 - part Senna Leaf and Pod > > 1 - part Cascara Sagrada Aged Bark > > 1 - part Barberry Root Bark > > 1 - part Ginger Root > > 1 - part Garlic Bulb > > 1 - part African Bird Pepper or hottest Cayenne pepper you can find. They are powerful cathartics, and the next three quite stimulating. if these aren't moving you, you may need a lower GI to see if there is an organic blockage.... > > I start taking one " 00 " capsul daily as needed and if i take more than that the cayenne really effects me adversley, causing rectal bleeding. I haven't taken any for sometime as i am not having any problem with movements. > > is this what is in your IC#1 and if so how many " o " or " 00 " 's are you taking a day? > > love, granny lee > > . I'll also up my IC#1. I noticed there was a specific herb that aids in the muscle action that pushes downward.... maybe when I make my next batch of IC#1 (soon since I " m almost out) I'll up the amount of that!?! Anyone ever experimented like that before? > > Candace > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Pee Tee > health > Sent: Sunday, August 01, 2004 5:10 PM > Subject: Candace Colon > > > > > //A fun exercise > > I don't know what's up with my left side quite honestly// > > --------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------- > > Candace reading your posts on your pain keeps reminding me to ask you if you > ever massage your abdomin/gutts/intestines ?
