Blood Profiles

I recently had a series of blood tests done and as usual almost every

category was good.

This was the first series since I began my CRON diet.

The result of concern was my Hemglobin level showed to be 13.10 g/dl

which is at or near the lowest normal reading which is 13.5 - 18.0 on

the scale I consulted.

Some checking on the internet indicated that this reading is

associated with anemia which can be caused by mal nutrition.

I don't feel mal norished and am following a CRON diet slowly loosing

weight to achieve my desired goal of 130 lbs which at 5 ft. 8.5

inches would give me a BMI of approx. 19.5.

What if anything should I do? Is my reading appropriate for a CRON

diet?

Does anyone know of any reference scales for blood profiles for those

of us practicing CR?

Thanks in advance. Sid P.S. I like the less technical tone of this

group.
