I haven't seen any of the respected scientific names (Walford, Ornish)lauding a paleo diet. Walford recommends lots of whole grains, and a widevariety of different foods. Sounds good to me. And primitive man surelyjust ate whatever he/she could find/kill , not necessarily the nutrientsthey were missing in their diet. If primitive men were in a climate wherethe major of source of food was bananas, no doubt they ate a lot of bananas.
