I stopped eating Brazil nuts some time ago because they always tasted as if

they were moldy! Perhaps, in fact, they were. And perhaps, mold

contamination might be the cause of your reaction, rather than the nut

itself. Fresh nuts, free of mold can be difficult to obtain. Just my

experience.....

That's the problem - they always taste great to me!! You would think the

body would have some mechanism whereby the taste would " tell " you - " hey,

don't eat this - you're allergic " . I am very sensitive to moldy tastes in

other foods and immediately spit them out..........
