Guest guest
I stopped eating Brazil nuts some time ago because they always tasted as if they were moldy! Perhaps, in fact, they were. And perhaps, mold contamination might be the cause of your reaction, rather than the nut itself. Fresh nuts, free of mold can be difficult to obtain. Just my experience..... >From: Francesca Skelton <fskelton@...> >Reply- >support group < > >Subject: [ ] Brazil nuts and allergies >Date: Sat, 31 Jul 2004 10:10:16 -0400 > >Veterans may remember my story of an allergy to Brazil nuts. Guest guest
That's the problem - they always taste great to me!! You would think the body would have some mechanism whereby the taste would " tell " you - " hey, don't eat this - you're allergic " . I am very sensitive to moldy tastes in other foods and immediately spit them out.......... on 7/31/2004 10:32 AM, Dowling at dowlic@... wrote: > I stopped eating Brazil nuts some time ago because they always tasted as if > they were moldy!
