Hi folks:

Regarding lycopene ....... not the ideal source of information

perhaps, but it does confirm Francesca's observation about the need

for some fat with the tomato (Although 10% - 20%, depending on the

source of the information, of the calories in tomato are derived from

fat in the first place ........ ):
