Is juice for breakfast bad?

Hi,

I'm wondering if juice for breakfast would not be a good idea? I don't eat

after 8 p.m. and don't eat until lunch the next day. I have been consuming

10-oz of grape juice each morning. It tastes great, has those antioxidants

and bioflavanoids, etc., and I feel so energetic. I don't even get hungry

until well past noon, and then it's easier for me to do CR for the 8 hours

between noon and 8 (I often try to put off lunch if I'm not hungry and eat

dinner earlier to stretch the fasting time out a little longer).

Anyway, is the juice bad as far as the sugar and insulin spike, etc.?

Thanks!

Jody
