Perhaps it is just the calories, but 20 cals rarely satisfy my hunger. I've

not tried fish oil capsules. Usually raw broccoli and red peppers work best

for me.

True enough.

Yet I find some foods more filling and appetite appeasing, calorie for

calorie than others.
