Regarding yeast:

Candida levels often go up when the thyroid is under-active. Chlolesteral levels

go up too, when the thyroid is not working right.

Very few people are truly allergic to Iodine. It is a common mainstream myth. I

heavily suggest for those who have difficulty

metabolizing Iodine to try the thru the skin delivery methods that I posted

earlier. If you do not give the thyroid the tools it needs,

it cannot do its jobs! The thyroid plays a huge role in digestion, as well as

cleaning the blood- but it needs the Iodine to be

able to cleanse the blood. Magnesium, again is a very vital mineral for the

body. AGain, transdermal Magnesium is one of the

best ways to get Magnesium into the body. *As for using crystals, Malachite is

good for the digestive system AND a not

well known stone called: Shattuckite is good for combatting an acidic body.

People need to understand that radiation causes

the body to become acidic. This is also where the BAking Soda treatments come in

so handy...as Sodium Bicarbonate helps to

safely alkalize the body. *For choosing cystals, I recommend holding the stones

and paying attention to how the stone makes

you feel. Often your eyes will light on a stone....one not on your " list " ...and

upon picking it up, it will make you feel something

positive. That is the best way to choose a stone.

For anyone wondering why I keep harping on the thyroid issues, I came into this

whole Es thing thru the back door. I was already

concentrating on boosting the immune system..which has proven to be extremely

valuable with dealing with ES or any other chronic

issue. For the record, although I have and continue to use many natural

remedies, the four most valuable things I can use are:

Iodine (Nascent Iodine), Magnesium Chloride Oil, Baking Soda (eitehr Bob's

redmill or ARm and Hammer) and Magnet Therapy.

Often, the body enters a condition called: Reverse Polarity. On a molecular

levels, the cells are spinning backwards...*so the

cells are not able to recieve nutrients, nor are they able to release toxins.

WEaring a magnet on the left wrist *(or left anke) with the true

North Polarity side facing the skin...helps to slowly reverse the polarity.

Magnets, like Iodine and other treatments are often

misunderstood. You have to start slow, wearing the Magnet only a few minutes at

a time, and keep doing this until you can

wear the Magnet all day. It took 2 days of putting one on, taking it off, with

my daughter. In the beginning, it felt a little painful

and scared her. But with patience, you have to put it on, and take it

off...repeating until there is no pain. What you will find

is that this helps not only the body's polairty and ability to absorb nutrients,

but that it keeps the body from being over whelmed

and turning acidic. Our bodies operate on negative ions, electricity/radiation

are positive ions. This is sometimes called: Magnetic

Field Deficiency. Basicallly our bodies our over powered by all the positive

ions,. this is why people find it peaceful to be at the

ocean or watch the rain. For the money, I find the magnets much more successful

then using neg air ionizers.

**For anyone wanting to try Magnetic Therapy, it is IMPORTANT to know how to

check your magnet for which side is truly

North Polarity...as many companies mislabel the sides. WHICH SIDE FACES THE BODY

WILL DICTATE YOUR SUCCESS! I have

had to learn to do this, using a compass, as many companies mistakenly label the

north side south!

Hi, Kathy,

Sorry to hear of your recent (and not so recent) problems. I can commiserate.

I use natural gemstones that I string myself on nylon fishing line. (Due to a

hand injury awhile back, I can no longer manage silk thread for beading). If

you buy nylon line at about 25 # test, you can get a knot small enough to barely

notice it when on. I then make my necklaces large enough to get over my

head--no clasps. I make bracelets out of my necklaces--I wind them around 3 or

4 times. I have made some " threader " type earrings--fine nylon line with bead

and crystal drops. I attach a small metal blunt end needle to the end for

counter-weight, but it doesn't touch my skin except when I thread it thru the

hole in my ear.

If you do this, look for stones which are 100% natural--no treatments, no dyes,

etc. You can find some nice beads online to make a necklace for under $25. Not

all gemstones are as reasonable, but natural carnelian, for instance, will cost

under $25 for about 7 or 8 mm round beads X 24 " to 30 " . If you are interested

in using gems for frequencies you should buy grade A or better. But I have very

nice jewelry which was ungraded.

Express yourself! Beading is also relaxing,

Thank you so much. I guess I felt like letting go. Anxiety got better after

filings were out, but thyoid is an issue. I am borderline low, docs. don't want

to rx. Would rather use nautural help 1st. I can't handle potassium iodide. I

can try the drops slowly.

You've sent helpful info before on thyroid & mag. oil.. I was waiting on our

budget.

Magnesium is amazing., I'm hopeful the drops will be better. I have to watch b

vits for awhile, as can worsen w/d working on GABA receptors.

Have to get to electrical issues here. I wish we could sell it. Didn't know

aluminum wiring could be this much of an issues. I don't feel it in houses w

copper that don't have CFL's.

I wish my husband would read about this. It would be hard to understand if for

me but would learn to help him. I'm hanging in for my swiss flex glasses. Might

be another week or 2.

Pain goes way down when I don't have metal on. Tried a pair of frames w a little

piece of titanium on the bridge, & it burned.

What kind of jewelry do most wear?

Thanks again,

Kathy

REgarding Anxiety & Depression

Kathy,

I just wanted to say that it took alot of courage to say what you did- about the

anxiety and depression.

I think if everyone were honest, we'd all have to admit that we have experienced

feeling anxious and

being depressed-maybe for some it wasn't as bad, but maybe for others these two

things can be

emotionally and, yes, even physically paralizing.

There are two minerals that, when the body is deficient in, can play a role in

anxiety and depression.

Anxiety is a common symptom of an under-active thyroid. Magnesium also plays a

huge role with regards

to depression. And while herbs and the BAch remedies do help both of the above;

and while they are both

natural remedies-they dont' treat what is causing the problem. Here's the way I

look at it. When you look

at the trace minerals that the body has, you see that the body has to have

Iodine and Magnesium. And

while I have used the Bach remedies and herbs and essential oils with great

success, my focus will

always be on making sure that the body has the " tools/minerals " it needs- to do

its job. Below I have

attached some links that you can read on thryoid/anxiety and

Magnesium/depression.

I'm very skeptical to anything that has to do with magnets, I think it can work,

if you know what you're doing but imo how the body reacts with magnets may be

too complicated for by far most people and therapists!

I am skeptical too- many of us don't like to touch metal since ES. Sensations

from touching silverware & my jewelry was my 1st clue 4 yrs. ago.  I  felt

pain going up my arm & head from my wedding rings. & watch, trouble balancing my

bodies energy since.

Some have surgical cllips  that might interfere what they're trying to do up.

I have to ry the oils & stones.

Thanks

Kathy

Apologize for spelling, waiting for glasses.  I use silverware, but feel it's

charged.
