Guest guest
Hi folks: I mentioned recently that my SBP seems to have dropped twelve points since I have lost twelve pounds in the ~six months since I started CR. (This was sort-of confirmed today when I took my BP on a few more, different machines). Today another odd occurrence. I visited my dental hygienist for the first time since starting a gradual, half-a-pound-per-week, CR. After examining my mouth for about two minutes the first thing she said was: " Have you been taking antibiotics? " . I replied (once she finally had realized that if she wanted an answer she would have to take all the equipment out of my mouth): " Not for about ten years, why do you ask? " She said: " Well remember that pesky infection you have had for the past four years under that root-canalled tooth? It's gone! " . The only thing I can think of, that has changed since my last dental appointment, that conceivably could explain it, is CR. (Just a single anecdotal example, worth no more than what Dr Walford thinks anecdotal 'evidence' is worth. But kind of interesting, nonetheless.) DON'T TELL ME THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS? ;; ^ ))) Rodney.
