The supplement has 11 grs by intake, so y consume as much 35 grs.day. By the way I also take a fiber supplement and it´s suppose to reduce the fructose absortion.

I think this means 11 grams per dose, upto total 35 grams per day. If I

compare with an apple (not sure that it's a fair comparison), the apple has

13 grams of sugars. http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-001-02s01e9.html

Intuitively, it seems better to eat that apple, but I suppose that's a different

subject.
