We don't know what the " optimal " is but Rodney has posted data that below .5

is desirable (meaning you are not carrying undesirable weight around your

abdomen). Also, women have naturally smaller waists than men (at least thin

women anyway) due to their body shape which is more wasplike.

You can access the table we've started under " database " (left hand column of

home page) to get an idea of w/h ratios and when people began CRON. The

more CRON time under their belt :-), the smaller their waists.
