Guest guest
I'm taking close to 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 and feel lots better, sleep a lot better too. I take it in fish oil so also get a lot of Vitamin A with it. How much D did you try? If EMF sensitivity is related to heavy metal toxicity it might help to eat regular animal protein and lots of good fats to make sure you can maintain reasonably high cholestrol levels. " Neurotoxins are transported throughout the body attached to protein components of lipoproteins, and therefore require cholesterol for their transport and elimination " . I found the above in this article: http://www.westonaprice.org/envtoxins/mercury.html I do raw dairy and also feel better when I eat some meat (high quality). Avoidance of EMF is good also. I sleep in my kitchen as it is the only room in this apt. that has an extra wall between me and the cell tower a block away. I know some of the above sounds way bizarre, but please don't critise unless you have read the article. Also I just had a cancerous tumour removed so that is one reason I take so much Vitamin D but from my researhs it seems a lot of us are way deficient. Guest guest
Hi Amy, I hadn't seen any information on this forum that mentioned these things, and I just found out myself so thought I would pass it along. I do more or less follow the type of diet advocated by www.westonaprice.org and I definitely feel better. There seems to be quite a bit of controversy these days as to just what is the optimal way to eat. I think our bodies are very intelligent and that food cravings are there for a reason, unfortuanetly sometimes they are misplaced (like craving sugars to feed candidia). I think the craving for fat is legitamate but eating healthy fats is not always easy when there are so many unhealthy ones everywhere.
