Guest guest
Besides an organic bed. What blanket shielding has worked best for most? Might have to go w more expensive cotton w sens. skin & eczema. I woke up w so much burning w an incoming thunderstorm. Went in the basement in case & it left except the top of my head. Will any make ES worse IF still have electric issues? Am considering the sleeping bag, but the thought of zipping myself in might make claustrophobic. Is it working for anyone? Guest guest
Hi again, Kathy,  Any relief you have is good for you, whether you still have house electrical issues or not. I have considered sleeping in the basement myself, on occasion. I have an unfinished but spotlessly clean basement (this was the result of intensive mold eradication when we bought the house. lol) There is a nice ES free atmosphere in most basements even tho the electrical wiring snakes all over overhead. The pain in your head in the basement might go away if you were to lie down near the floor, if the pain has to do with your first floor wiring. I would not sleep in a sleeping bag, however, in the basement. Better to get off the floor a bit with a regular wooden bed frame. But I wouldn't sleep in a basement unless it was very clean; you don't want to add mold to your list of woes.  I have never had to use blanket shielding, and perhaps you will not need it either with emf shielding fabric at your windows.  The thunderstorms we have been having lately are geo-magnetic storms and they make me hurt, too, Kathy, and I usually don't have problems much with ES from man-made stuff these days, nor do I have fibro anymore. Maybe solar flare/ cme activity also makes you feel worse? I sometimes get bad migraines from solar activity, too.  Diane   From: KathyB <calicocat477@...> Subject: Bedding Date: Saturday, June 18, 2011, 5:45 PM  Besides an organic bed.
