Thank you, LloydOffice ManagerMemo starts here: Date: 7 May 2008 From: Lloyd, Office Manager all Interested Parties Re: increasing regional awareness and contacts to the Budapest Home Office website Please read this information about upcoming changes to the website of the Budapest Home Office www.qxsubspace.com. It has come to our attention that there are some countries on the website of the Budapest Home Office (www.qxsubspace.com) which do not show any representatives but there are actually Networkers of Brokers in that country. So that we may increase regional awareness and show interested customers that we have a contracted, endorsed Networker or Broker in their country, we are in the process of updating the website to include the names of major Networkers that will enhance the awareness of the device. Therefore, please check www.qxsubspace.com and inform me if you wish to have your Networker listed for the country in which they live and work. Please give me all vital contact information and we will continually work to update the website to include those countries for which there is currently no listed Networker or Broker. We will follow the current

listing information and have the Networker’s name, followed by the title “Networker of [broker].” We will also add a header to explain the relationship between Broker and Networker with the following explanation: The Representatives listed on the following pages are shown by country in which they are living and/or working. The Representatives are either “World Brokers” or “Networkers of a Broker.” A “World Broker” is contracted directly with the Budapest Home Office, whereas a “Networker of a Broker” is contracted directly with a World Broker. Both fall under the policies and procedures of the Budapest Home Office and.

If you have any problems or issues, you can direct them to the Budapest Home Office as it is our responsibility to ensure high quality service and assistance from the World Brokers and their Networkers. Furthermore, please note that Mr Gabor Szabo has recently been assigned to ensure the World Brokers and their Networkers are following the policies and procedures of the Budapest Home Office. He is a “Broker Relations Liaison” and is working more closely with the Budapest Home Office to ensure the Brokers are fulfilling their contractual obligations.
