She came 3 time already and any time I press " fast calibration " buttonn nothing happens. First time I restarted the computer, I clicked on all the possible buttons on the calibration screen and still nothing. I just gave up, wentn to 'test' but the information from calibration is not there. Any other clinet is OK. It is just her. I even installed a different version of clasp32 and run her there, the same. One at a time top to bottom. Test button is not there? Wow, normally even if the steps were not all done this would be there. My biggest guess is still there is some glitch in the entry of this person. You did not mention, did you save all client files and import that into the new program you loaded? Or did you enter her in new? If not you're still at the corrupted file. Now if you entered her in from scratch on both...my guess is she is shutting you out of doing her therapy; not wanting to see or for you to see what the device would reveal. Can it do that? Oh you bet.
