Hi folks:

Quite a few suggestions here:

" .......... people who ate fish once or more a week reduced their

risk of Alzheimer's by up to 60 percent. " (I don't that that 'up to'

wording. Yuck.)

" ........... If you do 11 such activities a week, he said, you

lower the risk of the disease by 63 percent. "
