RF Meters

I have an older one that's similar.

It's useful.

The problem comes that we want it to be more useful than it is.

At low signal levels it is very temperature dependent, doesn't

really go as low as would be ideal for us.

And it doesn't say anything about modulation, and I suspect

(on mine) the Max function doesn't respond fast enough.

It also has modes for checking polarization which don't

really seem to work.

You should have a microwave detector. I tend to recommend

the ones with audio output so you can hear the peaks. But

this one has some advantages and could be a workhorse for

us.
