Dr. Fife or anybody,

I posted this earlier, but got no response.

Are there Omega 6's (particularly Linoleic acid) in VCO?

Is VCO considered to be a vegetable oil?

Love,

Pamela

According to Dr DAYRIT, in " The Truth about Coconut Oil:the drugstore in a

bottle " , page 68,coconut oil contents 64% of Medium Chain saturated fat, 28% of

long chain saturated fat, 6% of mono-unsaturated fat ( omega-9) and 2% of

poly-insaturated fat (omega-6).
