Guest guest Posted March 28, 2006 Report Share Posted March 28, 2006 Attn: Dr. Fife, Omega 6 in VCO According to Dr DAYRIT, in " The Truth about Coconut Oil:the drugstore in a bottle " , page 68,coconut oil contents 64% of Medium Chain saturated fat, 28% of long chain saturated fat, 6% of mono-unsaturated fat ( omega-9) and 2% of poly-insaturated fat (omega-6).
