The Quantum Center of Excellence is committed to provide a high caliber of training and education for our valued clients, worldwide. Through this commitment changes will occur as there are no constants in business. The Quantum Center of Excellence continues on it's never ending quest to maintain leadership in Bio-Feedback Training and Education.

We would like to announce a venue change for the Eastern Canadian Academy. Classes will be conducted as previously planned The Quantum Center of Excellence and Mr. Sargent of Toronto Academy have decided to end our business relationship. In conjunction with Dr. Gilbert Tays' promotion to Executive Coordinator for Ontario, he will also assume the role the Academy Administrator for Eastern Canada. Dr. Tay is very excited and enthusiastic in his new role and the company is pleased to have Dr. Tay on our team. Dr. Tay will be conducting English classes from this location as well as Chinese classes on an as needed basis.
