Guest guest
It's been a few years and I wanted to share the outcome of our discussion about moving to a home at the bottom of a shallow hill, below a cell tower. If Marc, Canary, Beau, and others recall--my husband and I decided to buck common sense and the collective experience of the group. Instead we followed my husband's inner meter, which told us that this particular apartment in this particular building was the safest place for him emf-wise that we'd found in years. For those who don't know or don't remember us, my husband is extremely ES. The apartment below the cell tower did not appeal to us in any way (aesthetically, socially, financially, etc) except for my husband's subjective impression of its EMF safety. Flash forward over two years. The apartment was exactly what we hoped for the entire time we lived there. We never regretted the decision to rent it, and only recently moved out because we purchased a home that promises, with some tweaking and vigilance, to eventually be as safe as the rental we left. I just wanted to share with the group that in this one instance, at least, trusting that " small inner voice " turned out to be absolutely the right thing to do. We have literally taken that lesson to the bank. We wouldn't have dreamed of making a big decision like purchasing a house before, for fear of locking ourselves into an unacceptable situation health-wise. But I'm very confident about my husband's internal ES meter now.
Guest guest
Wow, thanks for the update, Cara! I'm glad to hear that house worked out for you! I my own case, I also moved about 2 years ago, and think I should have paid more attention to how close the street power transformers were to our bedroom. Fortunately I've been able to counteract this with a combination of EMF devices, but hopefully our next house will be a bit more benign than this one.
