Guest guest
Duncan, I'm not at all surprised to learn that you're an Agent for the VCO company you mentioned. You have your fingers in a lot of pies it seems. A very resourceful fella you are. Hopefully they have a website, so I can take a look. Butter and Olive Oil are good oils but I believe Olive Oil can be damaged with heating and you do sometimes need to heat oil. Is that when you use VCO? Bonnie Re: Duncan-VCO and " nix the oatmeal " I approve of VCO, Bonnie. I am an agent for the largest coconut oil distributor in North America, Quality First International, the inventor (Vinia Marquez) of patented equipment that yields pharmaceutically pure VCO using the chilled method of extraction. The company has several other grades of CO as well as other exotic oils and a few other products. That said, butter and olive oil are my primary food oils. Further to my " nix the oatmeal " comment, I invite everyone to read about " Advanced Glycation End Products " ; the info should deter anyone from high-carb meals. Nutshelled, glycation causes up to 50 TIMES the free radical damage that people on healthy diets experience and this will kill you if you can live long enough through your other bad dietary choices. Grains and other high-carb fare should not be human food beyond trace amounts of it. Read it and weep; you can get your nutrients from much healthier sources so there's absolutely no reason to try and justify eating those foods. I would call it a big mistake.
