Another good thing to add (if not on the list) is powdered skim milk. I

keep this on hand at all times if I run out of bottled milk. Or any other

healthy food that one can get in powdered form. Assuming of course that

water is available or if not, then bottled which is what I assume Ruth means

below.

The fruit leather at Trader Joe's (which is pure fruit) is another

possibility as is our file on " Food on the run " (under " Improving your CRON

Program)
