Guest guest
> High doses of CLO (like 20,000 IUs of Vitamin D) > High Vitamin Butter Oil > Increased minerals (like from sushi wrappers and > pink salt and soaking little feeties in nigari crystals) > Calc. Phos. (homeopathic remedy) > Probiotic - lots of it > No white sugar > No white carbs There seems to be some questions as to what the difference between Cod Liver Oil (CLO) and High Vitamin Butter Oil (HVBO) is. I've gotten a few questions regarding the minerals, so I'll try to clear this up. CLO and HVBO are not one in the same. They do not come in the same bottle. They are separate products, that when taken together create Activator X. I have purchased both my CLO and HVBO from The Natural Health Advocates: http://tinyurl.com/6kyng5 The Weston Price " special " is the best deal. I am in no way affiliated with these people, I just buy their stuff. The way I dosed our little one (which I believe can be doubled for an adult): Twice per day: 1/2 teaspoon Blue Ice CLO 1 teaspoon of HVBO The minerals, from how I understand it, are what is actually used to " remineralize " the teeth, or create/grow new dentin. It is the CLO and HVBO that is the catalyst, forcing absorption of the minerals. The gut needs to be clean, i.e., no candida overgrowth. While all candida cannot be avoided, it is important to not contribute, in any way, to its overgrowth - that's why absolutely no sugar, carbs or fruit for several weeks while doing those oils and minerals. Nigari is easy to get - I buy ours here: http://www.naturalimport.com/inc/sdetail/9957 Again, I have nothing to do with this company, I just want their nigari. It should be noted that it is important to avoid Chinese nigari and look for Japanese nigari exclusively. Once diluted in water until fully saturated, Nigari turns into " magnesium oil. " There is a website that explains magnesium oil (and its importance) here: http://www.integratedhealth.com/hpdspec/magnesium-oil.html Calc. Phos. is a homeopathic remedy said to aid in adding minerals. KerryAnn has a thread on this at her website - I found it after we started doing our protocol and there's a bit more info there than I'm going to type out: http://www.tfrecipes.com/forum/showthread.php?p=6245 One thing though: I do not recommend extensive use of products containing ConcenTrace - so far I have not been able to find evidence that it does not contain mercury, arsenic, etc. as it comes from the Great Salt Lake, which is known to have these toxic substances. It's been awhile since I dug around though - they may have proved somewhere that it's safe. I guess the same could be said for anything you haven't harvested and tested it yourself. -vanessa
