He is 5'4 " and weighs 152 pounds (BMI 26.1). At one time he had 20 pounds more muscle. He eats a healthy, natural-food lacto-ovo-vegetarian diet and, every day, he exercises one hour with weights and swims for one hour. I sent him an e-mail to try to find out how many calories per day he eats, but I did not get a reply.
