I never knew what mucilage was, except for that over the counter stuff called Mucilage (i think). Guess I'll have to try sprouting something else instead. The flax was a big pain in the butt not to mention a huge dissapointment for a first time sprouting endeavor. Pam _____________________________________________________-- Hi Pam, Yes they are. People used to sprout in jars before all the fancy sprouters came out.
