Some people say yes, some people say no. I think BMI has something to do with it. Looking at a chart, I think if you're 24-25 or lower, 3.0 should work well. If you're higher, then maybe 4.5 ... but each person is different. Some start on 3.0, try 4.5, and find it better; others start on 3.0, try 4.5 and go back to 3.0; others start on 4.5, drop to 3.0 and stay there; and then some start on 4.5, drop to 3.0 and go back to 4.5
