Guest guest
Hi, I went to Mexico and had three amalgams taken out and replaced. I have four more to go. That night I had a headache, the following night I felt shaken inside, like when I have been around too much energy. I felt like I was a bit more sensitive. I took an epson salt bath last night and this morning I am not so shakey, but my tongue is kind of white. The dentist used a dam, he had a two suctions in my mouth. One apparently is to take out the vapors. They covered my face, but he needed to take the dam out to be able to get a part of the amalgam. I had a vitamin c i.v. drip and afterwards took some charcoal. I didn't go to the doctor prior to getting my amalgams out because I couldn't afford to. Is there anything else I should do? or should do before I go get more of them done? Thanks, Maureen ____________________________________________________________ 57 Year Old Mom Looks 27! My body decided it was now time to start dumping toxins, so I had to do things to help support the process. So you're taking hot baths, that's good -- something you should continue. Charcoal also sounds good. I don't know about a Vitamin C IV drip, but antioxidants in general are good. Magnesium supplementation can also be helpful. You might experiment with a little baking soda mixed in water, to see if that helps. Also, as I recall, after the dentist appointments I took a shower and changed/washed my clothes, in case there were any residual mercury, etc. on my person that I could get rid of. Guest guest
Hi, Maureen, Perhaps the white coating on your tongue is an upsurge in candida from the mercury removal? If that is the case, you can do homeopathic for killing it. But you may need to detox mercury and recover a while before you do. Hope all goes well and you recover quickly, Diane > From: calmriver1@... <calmriver1@...> > Subject: Re: Had amalgams taken out > > Date: Sunday, June 26, 2011, 1:19 PM > Hi, > > I went to Mexico and had three amalgams taken out and > replaced.
