Can somebody point me in the right direction as to who to contact....?

I need information related to stress reduction in livestock. It would be great if the information specifically included stress reduction through subspace application.

Secondly, I expect this information will ultimately be reviewed and scrutinized by a court of law in The State of California, due to recent legislation passed by Arnold Swarzeneggar. So, I need to be in contact with an attorney familar with how the SCIO functions in subspace.

Who would be the most informed people for me to contact?

You have your work cut out if you need to find an attorney who is familiar with the concept of the superconscious and its quantum interface vis-a-vis subspace as it is accessed by the SCIO. suggest you find an attorney who can explain Amit Goswami's five layer model for conscious existance in his "The Quantum Doctor" work and also suggest you can explain it as well.
