hi guys - I have been taking my 4.5 ldn for 6 days and today I feel kind of lousy like all I want to do is sleep. Nothing to notice yet a little stiffer and hands a little more numb but nothing I can't deal with. I'm just hoping things will get better. Sound familiar? Thanks, Kim R.
