Guest guest
Merlene, Both of my feet swell and hurt 24/7. I think it is circulatory, but I don't know what to do about it. Bee Sting therapy did seem to make a slight difference. Not quite so much swelling, but still blue! Marcie (PPMS)
Guest guest
Marcie I don't believe in coincidence yet it seems a higher power is guiding me here. I just read the swelling feet posts and today I was at a dear friends home for dinner and her mother who is a diabetic and is or should I say was suffering from swollen feet as a lot of diabetics do, and she has kept her swelling under control by just eating a sprig of Asparagus once a day. She has a plant at home and eats it as it grows. Now don't laugh at this as like ldn it sounds too easy to be true. But I know Betty and I saw her feet, I don't think there is any reason for an eighty year old lady to be pulling the wool over my eyes. Just thought I would pass this along. Guest guest
have you tried putting your feet up whenever you sit. also do some foot exercises to help circulation. Stretching exercises are good. > Merlene, > > Both of my feet swell and hurt 24/7. I think it is circulatory, but I don't > know what to do about it.
