Guest guest Posted November 22, 2008 Report Share Posted November 22, 2008 On last Sunday I started taking these two items along with my regular diet. 3tbs a day of coconut oil, and I've been adding flaxseed to my oatmeal (which I eat a the least, 5days per week) and to my salads at lunch. I have lost 4lbs. I live in GA and it has been cold in the mornings lately, so I haven't been walking in the morning. I can't wait to see what this combination does when I start back excercising.
