Guest guest
Poor Georgia! Wonder whether your body was saying 'no' to the VCO, or the turmeric, or both together, or indeed something else. I did not drink the tbsp VCO. I do not take VCO as a supplement. VCO is just the oil we use in our daily diet, for cooking and baking. So I have my daily dosage already. But I did take the turmeric tip and it really did me good. I drank it with some ginger tea powder and 100% pure cocoa. My own recipe. In any case, don't give up on VCO. It is one of the most wonderful things on earth! Fanny-Min:) ********** > > I am usually very cautious and conservative in the things I try, but I am recovering from a week of coughing/cold and tried the 1/4 tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp VCO. After I took a shower, I spent the next half hour on the pot, alternating between diarrhea, abdominal pains, nausea (never did vomit) and cold sweats. I don't think my cold is any better, either. I don't think I'll try this again ; ) > > Georgia > > > > > May i say here that when you have a cold, cough, take > > a tablespoon of vco with 1/4-1/2 tsp turmeric powder > > and this would help you kick out the cold/cough fast.
