Helen

I took one Nytol every night for two months while I was "breaking in" my system to the endorphin overload, This never affected the ldn, or how it worked that is, and I was able to sleep through the night.

Now that seven months have gone by I don't require as much sleep anymore ( I don't know why that is)and never use the sleeping pills.

Hi Helen,

Are you taking anything else with the LDN? aspirin, ginsing,

vitamins, anything? Lots of things can work against each other.

I noticed that I get a little dehydrated from the LDN. It is very

important to drink a large glass of water when you take it. Plus

more if you need it.

Good Luck Hun,

Penny

hi penny,

i am taking 3 mg now but i have diluted with distilled water so the accuracy isn't there and last night i took a natural sleeping tablet and slept better but still had the mind wonders and vivid dreams will keep on going from the sounds of it it is best to find a chemist to make a compound but i had to pay full price at the chemist and dont think they would change the script feeling much more positive about all of this time will tell
