Guest guest
Helen I took one Nytol every night for two months while I was "breaking in" my system to the endorphin overload, This never affected the ldn, or how it worked that is, and I was able to sleep through the night. Now that seven months have gone by I don't require as much sleep anymore ( I don't know why that is)and never use the sleeping pills. Guest guest
Hi Helen, Are you taking anything else with the LDN? aspirin, ginsing, vitamins, anything? Lots of things can work against each other. I noticed that I get a little dehydrated from the LDN. It is very important to drink a large glass of water when you take it. Plus more if you need it.
